Who is Trip Toe Travel Philippines?
We honestly don't have a lot of details about their company. I googled them before and an Indian travel agency popped up. That's why I'd like to share with you the details I accumulated with the help of fellow Trip Toe customers.
Below is a copy of their DTI registration. Yes, they are a legitimate company operating in Iligan City, Mindanao. (DTI papers removed last 04/24/2012 due to TripToe's request. I spoke with one of TripToe's people and they informed me that their company is no longer with the owner listed in the DTI papers but with new management. They are still processing their papers so I'll update you as soon as I get a copy of their new DTI.)
UPDATE-05/03/2012 - I have received a LOT of email requests for Trip Toe's DTI so I decided to put it back up. Please note that this is the old DTI I received last March 2012.

I mentioned earlier that they are claiming to be under new management. It's up to you to decide whether to believe them or not. Here are the questions I asked myself:
1.) As per DTI, they opened last Aug 2011 and I bought my CleverBuy deal last Dec 2011. And all this time, I was transacting with Leah, the supposed "owner". So, when did that new management come in?
2.) Why would a newly opened company sell itself immediately? Why would anyone buy a company that isn't established yet?
3.) When buying a new company, it's common protocol to do a little background research first. And given that the owner, Amielyn Madale Limbona has an estafa case (see Philstar link below), why would anyone buy a company under her name when you can easily make your own company?
4.) The DTI came from Trip Toe themselves. It was forwarded to me by another customer. Please see print screen of our email below so that you can check the date and time stamp as well as email sender.
Something Fishy
I previously mentioned the Estafa Case against Amielyn Madale Limbona. To know more about it, kindly view the link below:
